UniCen 1000 - Precision and flexibility up to the 5-axis machining
Complete machining and economic efficiency
The UniCen is a turn-mill center with integrated B-axis,
in which all therequirements for complete machining were
implemented constructively:
Turning: 2-axis as standard, 4-axis as
option
Milling: up to 5 axes simultaneously
Drilling: Positioning drilling/milling with
holding brake
The workpiece is clamped on a single machine and then
finished.
With up to five interpolating axes, even complex free-form
surfaces can be produced.
Tool magazine UniCen: The NC-controlled tool changerworks
independently of part machining. The chain magazineThe
standard
version has 36 magazine places with HSK 63/100,optional
Capto C6.
Magazines with 60 or 90 places are optionally available. On
request
also available with tool drawer forconvenient tool change in
the
magazine.
