Complete machining and economic efficiency
The UniCen is a turn-mill center with integrated B-axis, in which all the
requirements for complete machining were implemented constructively:
Turning: 2-axis as standard, 4-axis as option
Drilling: Positioning drilling/milling with holding brake
Milling: up to 5 axes simultaneously
The workpiece is clamped on a single machine and then finished.
With up to five interpolating axes, even complex free-form surfaces can be produced.
Tool magazine UniCen: TheNC-controlled chain magazine is linked to the tool head by a tool changer and in the standard version has 34 magazine places with HSK 63, optionally Capto C6. Magazines with 60 or 90 places are optionally available.
